Fundraising, Development, & Events Volunteer

Location: Remote/Hybrid, approx. 10 hours/week

 

Reports to: Executive Director

Role Focus: Advance PayBack’s sustainability by supporting fundraising, partnership cultivation, and logistics for development and community events tied to juvenile justice reform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and summarize prospective grants, foundations, and
    sponsorship opportunities.

  • Assist with proposal drafting, impact storytelling, and donor outreach
    materials.

  • Coordinate logistics for community engagement events, fundraisers,
    and donor recognition activities.

  • Help maintain donor database, track contributions, and organize
    stewardship reports.

  • Collaborate with communications interns to align fundraising messages with organizational brand and mission outcomes.
