Social Media & Communications Volunteer

Location: Remote, approx. 10 hours/week /  Reports to: Executive Director

Role Focus: Expand PayBack’s public voice by managing digital storytelling that communicates our mission of restorative accountability and developmental growth for youth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a content calendar aligned with ongoing projects, research
    findings, and events.

  • Create clear, valuesbased messaging for social platforms (LinkedIn,
    Facebook, Instagram).

  • Translate complex policy and developmental ideas into accessible
    posts, infographics, and videos.

  • Monitor engagement analytics and optimize content strategy.

  • Coordinate digital campaigns for awareness months or policy releases.
